So uhhh basically mr protagonist sees kids benefiting from grandma, and then decides to replace all photos of kids with himself (gramma will see him in the photos and greet him bc dementia). He has a great time until one picture falls, showing that the protagonist just added that photo above the one with the kids. Grandma sees that and tries to shoot him but fails as he runs out faster.
